Effective 24 October 2026. These terms apply when you play games published by G8DR1CH Games, including Rust Rich: The Scrapyard Streamer. By playing, you agree to them.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for non-commercial use. Do not cheat, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game or its content.
Virtual items and purchases
Gems, cash, crates and other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are made through Google Play and follow its refund rules. Crate odds are shown in the game before you open a crate. The game offers spending limits and a cooling-off option.
Ads
Rewarded ads are optional: you choose when to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the game or parts of it. We try to keep your progress safe, but the game is provided as is, and we are not liable for lost progress or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.
